IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY EUROS (€50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where the operator is registered, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
