How it works
Bitter sesquiterpene lactones stimulate gastric secretion. Essential oil components (chamazulene, 1,8-cineole) provide mild antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects on skin. Tannins provide astringent effect.

How to take
Dosage
Internal: dried herb 4.5 g/day as infusion. Topical: 100 g herb per 20 L bath water; or compresses with infusion.
